UBCAbcalarmBatteries.com Return Policy

 

1. You may return any eligible product you have ordered from UBCAlarmBatteries.com within 30 days from receipt of delivery of merchandise. All Products are eligible for return unless clearly marked on the Product page that the item is a "Final Sale" with no returns available.

 


 

2. Items that are not eligible for returns are clearly marked as “Final Sale” on the Product page for that Product, when you place it in your Shopping Cart, and when you are asked to Confirm Your Order.

 


 

3. Items arriving after the 30 day return policy will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.

 


 

4. The UBCAlarmBatteries.com Customer Care team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, we will issue a return authorization number and a FedEx Ground label for you to use to ship the item back to us. Please note: any items returned without an authorization number will not be processed.

 


 

5. We are unable to accept returns of goods that are not in their original packaging.

 


 

6. Refunds will be processed after the goods have been received.

 


 

7. We aim to process all returns within one (1) week.  Should you have any questions about the status of your return or how to return an item, please contact our Customer Service team at ­1 (888) 755 7718 or Email Us.

 


 

8. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, you need to Email Us with a photo image of the damage, if possible. You must Email Us if any item is damaged in your shipment within 48 hours of receiving your order.

 


 

9. If you believe you received an item in error or a defective item, please Email Us so that we can assist you right away.

 


 

10. All returns are subject to the discretion of UBCAlarmBatteries.com.
